The story takes place after the events of Impact 3rd, but you don’t need to have played through the previous game to understand the narrative in this one. You take control of a character known as the Trailblazer, who joins the crew members of the Astral Express, a magical train capable of traversing the galaxies, on an epic space adventure. It is the 4th installment in the Honkai series and features many characters from Honkai Impact 3rd and gameplay elements from Genshin Impact. This highly anticipated science fiction fantasy experience from MiHoYo was officially released on April 26, 2023, after multiple successful closed beta tests. Honkai: Star Rail is a new free-to-play turn-based role-playing game featuring gacha elements from the masterminds behind Genshin Impact.
